-
Employing effective de-escalation and positive behaviour management strategies to create a calm and productive learning environment.
-
Adapting learning materials to make the curriculum accessible and engaging for the pupils you support.

Proven, recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant with children with SEN in a primary school setting.
-
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and strategies for supporting SEN learners.
-
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
-
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to think on your feet in new environments.
