Learning Support Assistant, Gateshead
Schools Mutual Services, a not-for-profit and Trust, LEA and Academy-owned recruitment service, has been operational from September 2020 and has since ascertained its position within the Northeast of England.
Unlike agencies, we're owned by Schools and provide all staff with the same employee benefits as permanent members of staff including 24/7 GP access.
Within our partner school based in Gateshead, we're looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with the class teacher supporting pupils in Secondary Schools across the trust. The Learning Support Assistant will be given a full brief for this long-term full-time post on the first day of arrival. Part-time applicants may be considered.
To be considered for the Learning Support Assistant position in Gateshead, you will be required to have the following:
- A recognised UK qualification or Level 2 or Level 3 equivalent
- Experience working with children
- Able to commute to Gateshead
- A current DBS Certificate or willingness to undertake an application
- Have the right to work within the UK
