We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join the pre-opening team of what's set to become one of Hoxton's most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art'otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led by Michelin-starred Chef Kenny Atkinson, features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London's skyline.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine - sunshine food for the soul.

Expected start date: Monday, 11th August 2025

As our Restaurant Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for our Restaurant Manager, who:

  • Oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, team coordination, and exceptional guest experiences
  • Implements and upholds operational standards, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and excellence across all service areas
  • Ensures full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
  • Leads recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members, fostering a high-performance and values-driven culture
  • Collaborates with the Restaurant General Manager to manage key P&L cost lines, focusing on profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency
  • Identifies and acts on opportunities to grow sales and enhance guest engagement through strategic initiatives
  • Supports the execution of sales strategies and promotional campaigns to maximise revenue
  • Handles guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift and effective resolution to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
  • Champions and embodies our core values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care
  • Brings proven experience in managing fine dining operations, with a strong background in leadership roles such as Restaurant Manager or similar
