Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Take ownership of daily operations including staff training, scheduling, and labour cost control
  • Ensure consistent adherence to service standards and operational procedures
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members to build a high-performing and cohesive team
  • Manage guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and control labour costs without compromising service quality
  • Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within high-end or fast-paced restaurants
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a diverse team
  • Exceptional customer service focus and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of labour cost management and operational best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach to management
  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
