Summary
Natural Clean is an eco-friendly cleaning company with a growing reputation for excellence, professionalism, and sustainable practices. We’re expanding into Carlisle and are looking for a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to help build and lead our local team.
About the Role:
This is a practical, people-focused role. You’ll be instrumental in setting up and running the Carlisle branch. From recruiting and training new staff to overseeing day-to-day operations, you’ll be at the heart of everything. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, solving problems, and leading a team with pride.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help establish and grow the Carlisle branch of Natural Clean
• Recruit, train, and support new cleaning staff
• Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high-quality standards
• Conduct site visits and audits to maintain service excellence
• Step in to support on jobs when required, particularly during training or staff shortages
• Communicate effectively with clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Manage supplies and basic scheduling tasks
• Represent the brand and uphold Natural Clean’s values and image
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (essential)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Hands-on attitude with willingness to work alongside team members
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and highly organised
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the branch
