An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a part time Property Negotiator for a local company based in Kettering.
This is to assist the senior negotiator in purchasing residential investment properties with protected tenancies, for established retained clients with cash funds.
Job requirements
* Essential two years minimum experience in property sales or management/ admin is essential for this role.
* Highly self motivated with a proven track record.
* Ability to work under pressure under performance related tasks.
* Be computer literate in Microsoft Packages and excel is essential for this role.
* Articulate, well spoken with excellent communication skills verbally and written.
* Disciplined and well organised, with attention to detail in reporting to clients.
* Full and clean UK drivers licence with own car is essential for this role.
Part-time flexible hours: 15-20 per week.
Salary plus commission.
Bonus scheme.
Schedule:
o Monday to Friday.
Experience:
o Property: 2 years experience is essential for this role.
o Reporting excel and KPI's: 2 years (required).
Licence/Certification:
o Driving License (required).
