Crynodeb
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Boiler Installer/ Gas Engineer to join a well-established team, specialising in the installation of new boilers and carrying out safety checks within social housing properties. This is a full-time, temporary ongoing role with consistent weekday hours and no weekend work.
Your new role
- Install new gas boilers in occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and company standards
- Carry out testing and commissioning of installations
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and housing officers
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be on the Gas Safe Register.
- Proven experience in boiler installation, particularly in social housing environments
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- References required from previous employers or clients
