Job Description

Are you highly organised, resilient, and ready to take on a role that truly matters?

We’re looking for a committed Child Protection Administrator to join our dedicated team supporting some of the most vulnerable individuals across Aberdeenshire. This is a challenging yet rewarding role where resilience is a must. Based at Buchan House this vital role plays a key part in safeguarding children and young people by providing high-quality administrative support to Child Protection Planning Meetings.

You’ll be responsible for accurately producing minutes from complex and sensitive meetings, coordinating with Review Managers, social work teams, and key partner agencies. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality will be essential as you handle and distribute reports, invitations, and minutes by email and post.

Meetings may take place in person across Aberdeenshire or virtually via Microsoft Teams, and with most of our team working remotely, you’ll benefit from a flexible, hybrid working environment.
