Overview:
A prestigious legal and business services organisation is seeking two experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of complex and interdependent initiatives within their Generative AI Programme. This is a high-impact role focused on integrating GenAI capabilities into existing tools and processes, driving innovation, and supporting strategic transformation.
Key Experience Needed:
- Experience (7 years) supporting client engagement strategies, including opt-out management and transparency initiatives.
- Extensive experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in legal tech, AI, and digital transformation environments as a Project / Change Manager.
- Experience managing the development and integration of GenAI features into enterprise platforms (e.g., Reveal, eBravia, Structure & Flow).
- Strong background in workforce impact assessments, including capability planning and change management.
- Skilled in planning and executing tool evaluations and pilot programmes aligned with business and legal use cases.
- Familiarity with pricing model analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Ability to define and manage R&D pipelines to explore and scale monetisation opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead across multiple teams and disciplines.
