We're Hiring: HR Project Manager (12-Month FTC)Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term (with potential extension)Reports to: HR Project Lead

Are you an experienced HR Project Manager ready to lead high-impact initiatives? We're looking for a dynamic individual to manage the HR workstreams resulting from a recent acquisition. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a transformative period for our business.

What You'll Be Doing:As our HR Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple HR projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive change and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead HR Projects: Manage the full lifecycle of HR workstreams related to the recent acquisition.

-Plan & Execute: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project.

-Collaborate & Coordinate: Assemble and guide project teams, including internal HR staff and external vendors.

-Engage Stakeholders: Communicate clearly with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and the wider business.

-Monitor Progress: Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure quality and compliance throughout.

-Drive Change: Support change management efforts, including training and communication plans.

-Report & Document: Provide regular updates to leadership and maintain accurate project documentation.

What We're Looking For:
-Proven Experience: A strong track record of delivering HR projects in fast-paced environments.

-Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or similar.

-Project Management Expertise: Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies.

-Strong Communicator: Able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

-Organised & Detail-Oriented: Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

-HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
