Full time hours on a temporary basis
- We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Land and Property Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in managing, acquiring, and disposing of land and property assets.
- Manage the disposal of surplus land and buildings to maximise capital receipts.
- Lead land acquisitions, including those under Compulsory Purchase powers.
- Provide expert valuation and property management advice across departments.
- Negotiate leases, licences, easements, and other property agreements.
- Deliver accurate valuations, including Right to Buy assessments.
- Support strategic asset management and regeneration initiatives.
- Liaise with tenants and stakeholders, resolving issues around rent, leases, and arrears.
- Oversee external contractors and surveyors, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Contribute to reports, training, and property-related decision-making.
