Summary
What's involved with this role:
assistance on non-contentious matters generally, with a particular emphasis on Property matters, including:
Providing advice and assistance in respect of property transactions
Acquisitions and disposals of land and property, both freehold and leasehold
Drafting document relating to Property matters
Advising and assisting on legal agreements and property transactions
Drafting and Advising on Leases
Key criteria:
Substantial experience in practice as a qualified solicitor or barrister
Experience of local government, property related transactions
Experience of development projects
Experience of working in local government, including dealing with elected members
Experience of advising and drafting in contentious and non contentious work related to property matters.
