We are currently seeking a Social Value & Employability Coordinator to support the delivery of impactful training programmes and social value initiatives across a key client account.

This role will champion our commitment to employee development and community benefit, ensuring that all interventions are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with contract objectives.

Job Description

Reporting to the Social Value Manager and working closely with the Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll collaborate with teams across the estate to embed social value into daily operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence positive change, enhance employability outcomes, and support the long-term growth of both our people and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Organise and administer internal and external training programmes (in-person and digital)
Coordinate and support employability and social value events and activities
Act as key contact for training providers, managing relationships and accounts
Collect, analyse, and report learner feedback from training interventions
Track and report monthly on social value and L&D metrics internally and externally
Administer and monitor training records and mandatory compliance for Placemakers
Support MyLearning platform, including user account management
Manage L&D inbox and queries, and optimise processes through workflow automation

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in the Facilities Management industry (preferred).
Project Management experience.
Customer Service Experience.
Excellent written and interpersonal & communication skills.
Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems & other relevant software.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
Passion for development, community engagement & social responsibility.
