The Payroll Delivery Coordinator will support the payroll function within ISS UK, providing essential system administration and day-to-day operational support for the central team.

Job Description

As Payroll Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring payroll processes run smoothly and accurately, helping to maintain high standards of service across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone organised, detail-oriented, and looking to contribute to a vital HR function within professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality employee experience by accurately processing new starters, leavers, job changes, and personal details in the payroll system
Support the Central Payroll team with the mobilisation of new TUPE contracts
Open, sort, and distribute incoming post efficiently
Handle calls and emails to the central team promptly and professionally
Assist the business in meeting compliance requirements, including gathering data for internal and external audits
Maintain strict adherence to GDPR principles in all work processes

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Passionate about delivering first-class, professional customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
IT proficient, confident with Excel, Outlook, and handling data
Able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable, providing full support to the team
Awareness of GDPR and handling Data Subject Access Requests
Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders
Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team
