Summary
As Practice Manager, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day operations of our busy GP practice, working closely with our dedicated clinical partners and talented administrative and nursing teams. This role offers the autonomy to shape the practice management function while enjoying the full support of an engaged partnership. The ideal candidate will: Have a proven experience in primary care management(essential) Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills Be confident in financial management, including accounts, budgeting, and forecasting Possess expertise in CQC, governance, and contract compliance Be able to maximise income without compromising quality of care Exhibit excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders and PCN partners
