Hours: Day shift, no weekends.
We are looking for a reliable and approachable Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support both customers and suppliers by handling enquiries and ensuring smooth communication across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Respond to emails and other forms of correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Deal with customer and supplier queries, providing accurate information and solutions
Maintain clear records of customer interactions and orders
Support other departments with communication and admin-related tasks
Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers to maintain high service standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable using phone, email, and computer systems
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team and manage time effectively
