What You’ll Be Doing:
• Assisting subject teachers with lesson preparation, classroom delivery, and support
• Working with students 1:1 and in small groups across core subjects like English, maths and science
• Supporting students with SEND, EAL or SEMH needs in the classroom
• Promoting engagement, confidence and positive behaviour
• Helping to prepare resources, support enrichment activities, and contribute to the wider school community
• Gaining valuable insight into the secondary curriculum and behaviour strategies

Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant For This Lewisham School:
• A graduate with strong academic credentials and a clear interest in education
• Confident, proactive and able to build rapport with teenagers
• Calm, supportive and patient—especially with pupils needing extra guidance
