What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting lessons across a range of subjects including English, maths, science, and humanities
• Providing 1:1 and small group interventions to students who need additional academic or emotional support
• Assisting pupils with SEN, EAL, or SEMH needs as directed by the SENCO
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and foster student engagement
• Supporting lesson preparation, resource development, and school-wide initiatives
• Contributing to extracurricular clubs, revision sessions, or enrichment activities
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for This Lambeth School:
• A graduate with a 2:1 or higher, ideally in a core subject or related field
• Confident, enthusiastic communicator who builds rapport easily with young people
• Organised, patient, and committed to creating a positive learning experience
• Previous experience supporting teenagers (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, youth work) is a strong advantage
• Available full-time from September 2025 through July 2026
