ROLE DESCRIPTION
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team environment?
We're looking for an Admissions Administrator who can efficiently process student applications and help support students with their journey from application to enrolment.
In this role, you will:
- Provide a customer focused and responsive service to support applicants.
- Provide advice and guidance to students when required.
- Work as a flexible and effective member of the administration team, including supporting with College Open Evenings and Events.
- To lead on the processing of student applications and offers in a timely and efficient manner using the College's application and marketing systems.

- Commitment to delivering excellent customer services
- Excellent communication, and organisational, skills.
- Knowledge of current education pathways, including T-Levels and apprenticeships.
- A collaborative, proactive, and student-focused approach.
