What You’ll Be Doing:
• Offering 1:1 and small group mentoring for KS4 students
• Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, confidence, and academic progress
• Helping students prepare for GCSEs through motivation and study skills
• Collaborating with teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams to deliver targeted support
• Monitoring attendance, punctuality and engagement for at-risk students
• Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult during a key phase in student development

Ideal Learning Mentor For This Greenwich School:
• Graduate or experienced mentor with a strong commitment to young people’s development
• Empathetic, patient, and proactive in supporting students with varying needs
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and encourage progress
• Experience working with teenagers (e.g. mentoring, tutoring, youth work) is highly desirable
• Available full-time from September through to July
• Ambitious to pursue a career in education, youth work, social care or counselling
