The Role – Trainee Sales Executive
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll be introduced to the world of B2B sales, learning how to identify opportunities, build relationships, and present tailored signage solutions to clients across the UK. You’ll be mentored by experienced professionals and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.

Key responsibilities include:
• Learning how to generate and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Supporting the sales team with client meetings and proposals
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Following up on enquiries and identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new business prospects

About You – Trainee Sales Executive
You don’t need prior sales experience, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is confident, personable, and ready to take on a new challenge.

You will ideally have:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and positive approach to learning
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

We’re committed to promoting inclusive opportunities. As a recruitment partner, we work with employers who value diversity and authenticity.
