What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting the Year 5 class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom routines
• Leading small group sessions in reading, writing and maths
• Offering 1:1 support for pupils who need academic or emotional guidance
• Helping children build resilience, confidence and independent learning habits
• Promoting positive behaviour and active engagement in lessons
• Assisting with classroom resources, displays, and enrichment activities
