We’re seeking a visionary Head of Projects to take the lead on a diverse and high-profile portfolio of capital works for a major global client.
This is a senior leadership role offering exposure to a wide range of projects, excellent opportunities for progression, and the chance to travel as part of a truly collaborative and international team.
Job Description
You’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery – from strategic planning through to execution – ensuring outcomes meet the highest standards in quality, safety, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across both ISS and the client organisation to align project delivery with long-term business goals.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded, solutions-driven leader to shape a meaningful capital projects programme and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage capital projects from inception to completion
Ensure delivery against time, cost, quality, safety, and environmental objectives
Develop project strategies aligned with organisational goals
Manage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Oversee full cradle-to-grave project lifecycle, including design elements
Prepare and present tenders to clients
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven Project Manager experience in critical Facilities operations
Managed high-value, high-profile projects (£50k–£5 million)
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, particularly in banking environments
In-depth understanding of current legislation and safe working practices
Skilled in reporting and data management, with regular updates to clients and stakeholders
Excellent communicator with the ability to present clearly to senior management
APM or PRINCE2 qualified
