18.5 Hours - Grade 4 (£28,163 - £30,060 per annum pro rata)
= 50% x £28,163 = £14,081 per annum
To undertake the role of personal advisor and to work with the social worker and other colleagues to the benefit of the young person
To provide support to a range of young people from 16+ who require advice, support and assistance in preparing for independence and who are preparing to leave care.
To ensure that young people aged 16+, are living in suitable accommodation, have the opportunity of being engaged in work, training or education and that they are not socially isolated.
