Main duties include:

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality coffee and beverages, adhering to service standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Monitor customer feedback, address concerns, and enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the management to promote events and special offerings, ensuring alignment with brand values.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
