Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EC&I Construction Manager to lead the electrical and instrumentation construction activities on a major project in Hull.
You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of EC&I scopes, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all EC&I construction and installation activities on site
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
- Conduct site visits and HSE audits
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project schedules and budgets
- Support procurement and material planning for timely execution
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate EC&I works with other trades and disciplines
- Provide leadership and guidance to EC&I teams and subcontractors
- Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders
- Proven experience in EC&I construction management within industrial or energy sectors
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline
- Competitive salary up to £85,000
