The Opportunity
We're looking for a Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in the management of Mechanical Completion—handing over systems from construction to commissioning and ultimately to the client for plant start-up. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all acceptance documentation is correctly completed, tracked, and signed off in line with Installation Work Pack (IWP) progress.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure or industrial project and help deliver a successful transition from construction to commissioning.

Your duties and responsibilities will be

- Work closely with Work Pack Engineers to ensure Completions forms are included in IWPs.
- Ensure supervisors understand and comply with Completions requirements.
- Liaise with QA teams to ensure Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) are prepared for handover.
- Maintain the client's online Completions database.
- Keep a master list of approved signatories up to date.
- Generate handover mnemonics and tailored certification for each IWP.
- Assist in compiling Handover Certification Packs.
- Establish and maintain a Punch List Register.
- Attend daily coordination and project meetings as required.

It’s great if you also have the following

- Demonstrable experience in construction or maintenance, specifically related to Completions activities.
- Relevant trade background and/or Completions Systems training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills within large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly MS Office and database management.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting project deadlines and supporting successful handovers
