Job Title: Regional Commercial Manager
Location: UK-wide- (Offices in the North West, Central Belt of Scotland, and South East regions)
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Regional Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations within our Maintenance, Modifications, and Operations business unit. This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing commercial teams, supporting business development, and driving performance across multiple contracts and regions.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring commercial excellence, supporting strategic growth, and maintaining strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio of industrial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the commercial team across the MMO business unit
  • Oversee monthly commercial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure effective contract management, including rate reviews, variations, and dispute resolution
  • Manage receivables, valuations, and invoicing to optimise working capital
  • Support business development with pricing models, risk analysis, and tender reviews
  • Provide commercial guidance to operational teams
  • Monitor and control regional support costs
  • Prepare board packs and KPI analysis for senior leadership
  • Drive margin improvement initiatives in collaboration with operations
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and governance (BMS procedures)
About You
  • Commercial experience in the industrial services sector
  • Proven leadership of commercial teams
  • Strong background in overhauls, projects, and term maintenance (MEISIP services)
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts (essential)
  • Familiarity with SAP (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ambitious, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Accountancy, or related field
