Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Improver, your daily duties will include:
• Assisting with general steel maintenance tasks
• Measuring and marking steel components accurately
• Cutting and prepping steel to required specifications
• Supporting experienced tradespeople on-site
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in mechanical or steel work is highly desirable
• A good eye for detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• No formal cards or tickets required
• Must have own standard PPE (Hi-Vis, safety boots, gloves, etc.)
