Location: Exeter
Hybrid working - 12-week office training, then 1 day/week minimum.
Salary: £13.53 per hour PAYE
Hours: 37 hrs per week
Contract Type: 10 month opening assignment
Our client is looking for an Alliance Vetting Research to join their Standards Department who will ensure fair and ethical recruitment through comprehensive vetting. This vital role supports community safety and upholds our clients integrity across the Southwest region. Work in a collaborative team with flexible arrangements and a meaningful mission.



YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT TO 12 WEEKS OFFICE TRAINING WHICH MAY INCREASE TO GRASP CLIENT SYSTEMS. HYBRID WORKING THEREAFTER MINIMUM 1 DAY BUT THIS MAY INCREASE DEPENDING UPON BUSINESS NEEDS

Key Responsibilities

Research and analyse personal and data to support vetting decisions.
Conduct administrative tasks including managing inboxes, sending forms, and updating databases.
Liaise with internal teams, external forces, and national agencies.
Support vetting projects and ensure alignment with national policy and legislation.

Essentials:

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong IT capability, including MS Office and databases.
Team player with the ability to manage varied workloads.
