What skills and experience we're looking for
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to co-ordinate the Academy’s Reflection and Resolution Room, based on our Ruskington Campus.
Key elements of the role will include co-ordinating and supervising internal exclusion (withdrawal) and maintaining appropriate standards of behaviour in the room, in accordance with school policy. Maintaining appropriate records of discussions with students and communication with parents regularly through the period is also a requirement of the role.
