Do you have the resilience, compassion and experience to support young children with complex additional needs? Are you confident managing behaviour and able to offer a nurturing, structured approach to children in the Early Years?
We're working with a primary school in Longsight with a well-established SEN provision that supports EYFS pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism, communication difficulties, SEMH, and global developmental delay. Some pupils display challenging behaviours and may require personal care, so the school is looking for a strong, empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant who can offer calm consistency and emotional support.
The Role:

Ideal Candidate:
