Are you a compassionate and qualified Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in early childhood education? We are working with a warm, inclusive primary school in Cheetham Hill, Manchester, who are seeking a Level 3 EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a young child with autism and additional needs in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide dedicated 1:1 support, tailoring activities to meet the pupil's individual needs and learning style

Assist with personal care routines, including toileting, with professionalism and sensitivity

Support emotional regulation and respond calmly to sensory behaviours or triggers

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Qualified to Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
Qualified to Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

Experienced in working with young children with autism or complex needs

Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs

Confident supporting personal care routines as part of everyday school life

Eligible to work in the UK and available full-time during term time
