Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a primary school setting?

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join a supportive and inclusive primary school team from September, providing maternity cover in a full-time role.

As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. You will be responsible for delivering tailored support and interventions for individual pupils or small groups, supporting children with a variety of needs including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You will assist with planning and adapting learning activities to meet pupil needs, help create a safe and inclusive learning environment, and collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support each child's development.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) and have experience working with children with SEN in a school setting. You should bring a proactive, nurturing, and patient approach, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. An Enhanced DBS is required (or you must be willing to obtain one).

This role offers a consistent daily rate of £103 per day and the opportunity to start in September. It's a rewarding chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs, working alongside a supportive and experienced school team.

If you're ready to take the next step in your SEN support career and want to work in a nurturing and inclusive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now with your CV and a brief cover note outlining your experience and availability.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce), satisfactory references, and full compliance with KCSIE (2024) guidance and safer recruitment standards. Overseas police checks may be required where applicable.
