About the role
As a key member of our Asset and Engineering Management product team, you’ll play a vital role in developing and delivering solutions using the Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.0). You’ll use your expertise in Maximo configuration, customisation, and development to align the software with evolving business needs, workflows, and asset management practices.
This role requires a deep understanding of tailoring Maximo to meet the specific requirements of various departments, including configuring templates, setting up user access controls, defining maintenance schedules, and implementing custom data fields. You’ll also be responsible for adapting Maximo over time — enhancing functionality, integrating with other systems, and creating dashboards or reports that support data-driven decision-making.
You’ll design and build new applications, interfaces, and extensions using technologies like Java, JavaScript, and external APIs. Your work will enhance the capability and flexibility of Maximo beyond its standard features, supporting strategic goals across the business.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Asset and Engineering Management, with hands-on expertise in configuring and maintaining Maximo Application Suite (v8) within complex engineering environments.

- IBM Certified Administrator and Deployment Professional for Maximo Manage v8.x.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM) and effective in cross-functional team environments.
- Skilled in managing third-party delivery partners, including IBM service providers.
