A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join a UK known manufacturer in the Bristol Area!
With no day ever being the same the Senior Accounts Assistant role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly payroll processing and reports.
- Oversee and assist with all daily/weekly processing of invoices and statements,
- Assist Finance Manager with budget process provision of other adhoc financial data analysis
- Preparing and analysing Company P&L and Balance Sheet
- Generate and process multi-currency weekly payment run, ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
- Review of system stock records
- Review of weekly system multi-currency bank reconciliation
- Working with Customer Services to resolving customer queries.
- Ensuring everything is followed to the correct health and safety standards
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Accounting Technician or studying / intending to study for CIMA
- Previous experience in a Finance Department
- Strong experience with ERP systems
- Experience working within a manufacturing industry / company
- Strong customer service experience
