Carbon60 are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join a client of our based on this Brize Norton site in Oxford. This is a contract role which will run until the end of Feb 2026.
The Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for creating component assets, linking associated airworthiness data, and accurately entering and updating maintenance information into the digital system. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and accurate recording of maintenance activities, as well as generating and distributing relevant reports.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Administrator:
1. Create component assets and link associated airworthiness data
2. Accurately enter and update maintenance data into the digital system
3. Review and verify maintenance records for completeness and accuracy
4. Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely data entry
5. Generate and distribute maintenance reports as required
6. Assist in the development and maintenance of digital data entry procedures
7. Perform regular audits of digital records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
8. Manage tasks and projects as delegated by management
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Administrator role will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency with data entry software and digital record-keeping systems
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective project and task management capabilities
- Desirable: Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation data management
- Desirable: Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards
- Desirable: Advanced skills in Google Office Suite, particularly Sheets
This role requires the successful candidate to satisfy the security clearance requirements necessary for access to a UK military establishment and work in a security-sensitive environment.
As this is an hourly rate we have both PAYE and Umbrella rates available:
- £26.45 - £29.07 per hour Umbrella
- £20.00 - £21.97 per hour PAYE
