Based in a forward-thinking secondary school in Cambridge, this school-based route allows you to earn while you train and work towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) — with no tuition fees.
What You’ll Do:-
Support and deliver engaging Science lessons (KS3–KS4)

Work alongside experienced teachers to plan and teach both practical and theory content

Run small-group sessions to boost student progress

Build classroom confidence through hands-on experience

Receive weekly training and one-to-one mentoring as you train toward QTS
What We’re Looking For:-
A 2:1 degree or above in a Science-related subject

A genuine interest in teaching and working with young people

Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

Some experience in education or youth-focused roles is desirable
