ZETEC Recruitment is working with our Wirral based client to recruit a permanent Export Administrator.
This role involves managing international shipments, producing export documentation, and coordinating with couriers and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate export shipments from order to delivery, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents to manage international logistics
• Prepare and manage export paperwork including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
• Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, costs, and customer communications
• Support internal teams with export-related queries and ensure alignment with production and dispatch timelines
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to streamline export processes
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in an export or international logistics role
• Strong understanding of customs procedures and export documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAGE) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
