Crynodeb
Undertake clinical tasks such as blood pressure monitoring, wound care, ECGs, venepuncture, and vaccinations under direction of registered nurses. Support delivery of long-term condition reviews and health checks. Deliver health promotion and lifestyle advice. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Contribute to personalised care planning and patient education. Participate in MDT working, including case discussions and PCN health initiatives. Uphold infection control and safeguarding responsibilities. Engage in CPD and quality improvement activities Undertake any additional training as required
