The post holder will work as part of the Rise Service under the supervision of a qualified clinician. The service is for children and young people experiencing difficulties with their mental health and emotional well-being as well as children and young people with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (ASD and ADHD). Rise has a multi-professional and Multi agency workforce which works across Coventry and Warwickshire. This post has been created to support the clinical pathways in the Neurodevelopmental Services. The pathways focus on group work for both parents and for the children and young people themselves. The post holder will co-lead groups with senior clinicians as well as work with the clinical coordinator in the team to organise and arrange the groups. A key part of the role is recording, analysing and reporting outcome data from the group to inform commissioners and service development. The role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of empathy and the ability to manage a mix of clinical and administrative tasks with a flexible and adaptable attitude. As travel is an integral part of this post, car owner/driver, or suitable alternative transport to enable you to undertake the job is essential.
