Summary
ZETEC Recruitment are working with our client to appoint a proactive and experienced Quality Manager. This role is central to driving high standards across the business and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and maintain the site’s quality function
• Develop and improve systems and compliance activities
• Ensure rigorous standards are upheld across all departments
• Manage and support the quality team with clear development goals
• Represent and lead during audits and client reviews
• Promote and uphold a strong safety culture in line with internal policies
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in a quality-focused leadership role
• Strong communication and team development skills
• Experience of leading BRCGS and other audits
• Experience of working within a busy manufacturing environment
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to driving performance standards
