Olive Legal Associates Ltd is a reputable law firm based in Bradford, specialising in conveyancing and property law, personal injury, immigration, and landlord and tenant matters. We are committed to providing high-quality legal services and client care. We are seeking a motivated and organised Legal Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Answering Calls:
Manage incoming telephone calls professionally, direct enquiries appropriately, and provide excellent client service.
Drafting Contracts and Legal Documents:
Assist solicitors in preparing, reviewing, and amending contracts, tenancy agreements, personal injury claims, immigration applications, and other legal documentation in accordance with firm procedures and legal requirements.
Assisting Solicitors:
Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to solicitors across conveyancing, personal injury, immigration, and landlord and tenant matters, including file management, diary management, and liaising with clients and third parties.
General Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records, manage correspondence, and ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Candidate Requirements
LLB (Bachelor of Laws) is essential.
Previous experience in a legal environment, particularly in conveyancing, personal injury, immigration, or landlord and tenant matters, is desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Working hours are 10am - 2pm.
