Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is delighted to be recruiting an Onboarding Administrator to support the dynamic and growing Employer Training and Apprenticeships team at Gloucestershire College.
Based primarily at our Gloucester campus, this is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in supporting all aspects of the apprentices onboarding journey. From advertising vacancies and coordinating interviews, to matching candidates with exciting employer opportunities.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our applicants and employers, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You’ll handle incoming calls and emails, provide advice and guidance to potential apprentices, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone involved.
