Job Title: Gas Contracts Manager
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £60,000 (Depending on experience) w/ Car Allowance
Job Type: Permanent
Daniel Owen are working with a leading contractor who are seeking a Gas Contracts Manager for one of their West London contracts. The role will be overseeing the installation, servicing and breakdown project for a £4m contract.
Gas Contracts Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day to day runnings of the install, breakdown and servicing contract
- Ensuring all KPIs and client expectations are kept to
- Managing a team of 18 operatives, as well as management and office staff across the contract
- Delivering services within budget
Gas Contracts Manager Requirements:
- Proven Gas experience, ideally within the Social Housing sector
- Knowledge of responsive, cyclical and planned maintenance services
- Must hold a valid full or automatic UK license
- ACS qualifications
