The school is seeking a passionate and skilled Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join the team from September. You will work closely with class teachers to support learning across the school, with a particular focus on:
- Delivering phonics and English interventions
- Supporting small groups of children with additional needs
- Providing general classroom support and assisting with learning activities
- Helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

What you'll need to succeed
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a primary school setting
- Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy strategies
- A caring and patient approach to supporting children with additional needs
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
