Person Specification
We're looking for:
• A graduate with a 2:1 or above in Education, Psychology, or a core subject
• Someone with genuine passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Previous SEN experience is welcomed but not essential
• A compassionate individual eager to start their career in education
Role Overview
What you'll be doing:
• Supporting pupils in 1:1 and small group settings
• Assisting class teachers with daily classroom operations
• Working closely with children who have additional learning needs
• Providing essential support to help pupils complete bespoke activities throughout the school day
• Utilizing specialized SEN facilities including sensory rooms and outdoor learning spaces
