We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Contract Advisors — people who are eager to grow, show initiative, and are comfortable handling sensitive, personal information from elderly clients. As a Contract Advisor, your core responsibilities are:
-Completing and submitting forms accurately and effectively
-Communicating with clients to gather essential information
-Liaising with the Department for Work and Pensions
-Maintaining clear records and tracking progress through systems like Zoho CRM
-Handling sensitive information with care
This position requires a high level of compassion and professionalism, as you’ll be engaging with individuals who may be navigating difficult or vulnerable circumstances. You’ll be trusted to listen carefully, respond with empathy, and record sensitive personal information with accuracy and discretion.

Holidays: 28 Days (including Bank Holidays)
