Hyde is looking to recruit a Project Manager – Tenanted Transactions.

As a Project Manager – Tenanted Transactions at Hyde you will be working within the Portfolio Management team to lead the preparation and management of tenanted property portfolios for sale, supporting cross-functional delivery and ensuring transaction readiness.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and review compliance, occupancy, financial, legal and planning documentation.
• Identify risks or data gaps that could impact asset saleability.
• Lead the coordination of comprehensive due diligence processes.
• Manage internal and external meetings to ensure timely delivery of validated information.
• Produce tailored reporting outputs for a range of audiences.
• Guide and support Assistant Project Managers and Project Assistants on workstream delivery.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum one year of experience preparing tenanted portfolios for sale.
• Strong project management and due diligence coordination experience.
• Skilled at managing consultant and project teams.
• Excellent understanding of residential property compliance, planning, and tenancy types.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working across asset-based systems.
