Health And Safety Administrator/Coordinator
Full Time Hours 40 Hours Per Week – Monday to Friday
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Health and Safety Administrator / Coordinator to support the Health & Safety team / department. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our health and safety systems, with a strong focus on administrative support, data tracking and document management.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Health & Safety teams.
• Maintain and update health and safety records, trackers and documentation.
• Manage and monitor spreadsheets used for audits, training, inspections and compliance.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and meeting materials.
• Coordinate the scheduling of training, audits and safety meetings.
• Support the collation and analysis of incident and near-miss data.
• Ensure all documentation is filed and accessible in line with company procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments and external contractors as required.
About you
• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a health and safety or compliance-related role would be ideal but not essential.
• Familiarity with document control systems or SharePoint would be ideal but not essential.
